How to break up a playlist into smaller ones

I've been trying to click and drag over a large selection of tracks to break apart the 3000+ track playlsit into smaller ones of 500, but to no avail. Any suggestions?

Hello!
There are many options to do that, but this one is my favorite. (you can left-click on all images to see the full image)

Left-click on a song in a playlist, press Shift and left-click on another song - that will select all songs between these songs...

...or you can press CTRL and left-click on all songs you want to select - that will select only the songs you will click on.

Then, just press CTRL+C, open another playlist and press CTRL+V.
