I can't use my Spotify, it won't play any music

My Spotify app won't work. I can't play any music and all the playlist are empty.

Hi there!

 

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out.

 

Check your current subscription status on your account page. If it says Free, then it's possible that you have another account that's on Premium. Try logging in to it with all email address/password combinations you might have used when signing up. The account could have also been created with Facebook, Google or Apple so be sure to try out those alternatives as well.

 

Hope you get this sorted out soon.
