I cannot connect Alexia.

If i try to connect her i get fault code 404 cannot find page. If I try to connect it in the Alexia app I get HTTP ERROR 401. Already reinstalled both apps.

To make sure you're setting up Alexa + Spotify correctly on your end, follow the steps from this article.
If you continue seeing the described errors, as they seem Alexa- and not Spotify-related, you can also reach out to the Amazon support folks to see what their take on the matter is 🙂

Aside from this though, there are some troubleshooting steps we can try here:

• Check if using a different device would yield a different result
• Try using a different network connection
• Make sure no VPN services are enabled
