Hey @Barry_Hercules,
Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.
In this case, wed' recommend to make sure the playlist is not set as private. To check this, go to the playlist you want to share> three dot menu> make public. We'd also recommend adding the playlist to your profile (once it's set as public), to check if your friend noticed any difference and can access to it.
If the above doesn't do the trick, would you mind sending us the link to the playlist, so we can give it a closer look from our side? You can share it by following these steps.
Lastly, can you describe to us what it's exactly happening on your friend's side? Are they seeing an error when using the link to the playlist or is the link not redirect them to any site? You can follow this workaround to check if you notice any difference:
Keep in mind, your friend has to hit "search" (or enter if they're using a computer), so the app can search for the playlist. Let us know how it goes.
Keep us in the loop!
Thanks for your help. Just waiting on the recipient to try the aforementioned...
Hey! Same issue here with one playlist in particular. The rest of my playlists can be shared and accessed normally. Mind taking a look? https://open.spotify.com/playlist/5FE06C023ea36KhLat4OxJ?si=d19X8y48QqqPGpRqAB4D3g&pi=Niv7fM-QSdmbS
Hey @Martinbarrios6,
Thanks for reaching out!
We've taken a look at the link you shared but we're unable to access the playlist. We'd suggest making sure to check that the playlist is not set to private, as this is most likely the reason we can't see it.
Let us know how it goes.
Hi! I can't join playlists I've been invited to. Anyone else who gets the link can find the playlist and add it to their library. I just get the error message mentioned in this thread. The playlist is not set to private. Any suggestions?
Hey @bsangolt,
Welcome to the Community and thank you for joining the conversation.
If the playlist is set to Public, you should be able to access it and if you have the link it should be easier. So in this case, we'd recommend asking the other user to share the link again, but this time open it on an incognito window to see if it makes any difference.
Also, it would be great if you could share the link or the URI of the playlist to take a better look.
We'll be waiting for your response.
I couldn't get it to work in ingognito either.
When I click on the link I received in an email, the playlist opens in the browser. But as soon as I log in to my Spotify account in the browser or open the Spotify app, it says that the playlist is not available, can`t find this page or that the playlist is set to private. The error message varies a bit.
Everyone else who has been sent the link will be able to add it to their library.

Hey @bsangolt,
Thank you for keeping in contact and for the info shared.
To make sure this is not a device-related issue, would you mind trying on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out.
Also, it would be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your device (it could be the same friend or family member) to see if they're able to open the link or not.
If the issue persists, taking into account that friends can use each shared link for 7 days, to make sure the link is not expired, could you ask the owner to re-share the link with you to see if it makes any difference?
We'll be waiting for your response.
