I want to write a review for a podcast? How do I do this?

I would like to write a review for the podcast: Keys to the Shop. I tried using Spotify chat support and they recommended I try here in the Community. Does anyone have any ideas that can help??

While writing reviews for podcasts isn't currently possible in the app, it sounds like a cool idea, which you can submit on our Idea Exchange board. Others can then show their support by giving it a thumbs up and share their feedback. More info on how the Idea Exchange board works here.

I just quit spotify. Their customer service is awful. I wasted so much time trying to get them to fix the account they messed up and/or to give me a refund. They would only hang up on me when I asked. Never again.

Spotify and how it’s a good app !
so I recently got the app because Ive heard good things about it and also I was kinda getting tired of always using YouTube for playing music and there would be a advert every two seconds so I got Spotify and it’s so good I love making playlists and you can even put it on shuffle it has also made me want to listen to music more often however it is a LOT OF MONEY !! but again it’s so worth it we paid for a family pack and it’s £ 20 a month ! So if your like me and you are hesitant on buying it the you should defo get it

Hey! You can write your review directly on platforms like Apple Podcasts or Podchaser since Spotify doesn’t allow written reviews yet. But I totally get wanting to share your thoughts — Keys to the Shop is a great show!
