Illegal withdrawal of money from the account

My credit card is charged monthly for a PREMIUM that I did not subscribe to. Can I find out whose account is using my bank account by giving my card and ID details?

Could you check if your family members or friends haven’t used your payment info. If they have, they should cancel or change their payment method and reimburse you.

If that does not seem to be the case, contact Customer Support. It's also probably best that you do this as soon as possible so that it's all figured out soon enough.
