Is it possible to block ads or report them?

I'm not sure where to post this and it might sound stupid, but is there a way to block ads or report them? One of the ads that is running right now (for the holiday season, I think) has a sound in it that causes me to have a panic attack. I don't have money to buy a premium account, so please don't tell me to do so. The ad plays so frequently that I'm tempted to stop using Spotify until I know the ad is no longer running.
