Is there any way to lower/limit the volume level on an embedded Spotify widget?

I'm creating some yoga videos to post on my site and, for legal reasons, I do not want to play my music during the video....but I thought I could embed the Spotify widget linked to my playlist and let students play the music and video together on their own (which works great!). Problem is, there's not way to control the volume on the widget, which means the song is at the same volume as my voice...no bueno. 

Any workarounds? Any other widget or HTML code I could use that would allow me to stream my playlist and limit/control the volume? I know I could just share the link to the playlist, but it's a huge deterrent for students since Spotify requires people to sign up to listen. Plus some of my students are older and wouldn't have a single clue what to do.
