Jumpy Playback on Onkyo

Hi all,

1st post here & wondered if anyone could help.

Had premium account for 3 months now. I have spotify on my laptop, iphone, desktop pc and Onkyo TX-NR509 Network Receiver.

No problems with playback on any of the devices apart from the Onkyo. Most if not all songs start of jumpy (as if it's buffering) but then get better.

This is really annoying as the only reason I'm paying for premium account is to use on Onkyo.

My set-up is via Cisco Ethernet Switch but then so is PC with no issues.

I've searched this forum (and others) but can't get an answer.

Anybody out there experienced the same issue?

Yes i have also such an experience some songs starts after a few seconds playing which  a short jump. I use spotify for more then  a half year and this short jumps are new ( i think i have this jumps since 3 or 4 weeks) . But be glad if you don't have 2 or 3 stops (normally 3 seconds  long) 3 or 4 times per hour.
