I contacted your support team on SpotifyCares but the responses that I got were not helpful at all. Here's the conversation:
In the Spotify app, there are about 60 categories/genres of music
However, about a year or so ago the Spotify-Sonos integration and UI changed and since then most of these categories and genres are not showing in the Spotify section of the Sonos app: https://gph.is/g/E3LJvVd

The right folks at Spotify are informed of this issue and are working towards resolving it in the future. Since it involves collaboration with a third party service like Sonos, we can say with certainty when or if it is going to be fixed.
Our developers are always trying to make the app and all of it's integrations better, so we'd recommend enabling Automatic updates and making sure you're running the latest firmware on your devices. This way you'll always get the newest version.
