More help on unzipping and adding your extended listening history to stats.fm

I've tried now on two different occasions to add my lifetime listening history to stats.fm so my lifetime top songs and albums are more accurate. I've followed all steps countless times and it seems I'm stuck when it comes to unzipping the files and adding them to stats.fm correctly.

If you're having trouble with the files, you can try requesting them again to see if it makes any difference.
