My playlist somehow skips all the songs to an ad. How do I fix this?

Whenever I put on a playlist, it skips the songs to an ad. I don't touch it or anything but it just does that for a while now.

This sounds a bit odd and we'll do our best to help you out here.

Can you let us know if you've already tried to log out > restart your device > log back in? It is also a good idea to clear cached files following this steps as old cache might interfere with the app's performance as well.

We'd also recommend testing this on a different device. It'd be great if you can ask a friend or a family member to log in on their device to see if you'll experience the same. 

In case the issue persists, we'd appreciate it if you could send us a quick video where we can take a better look at this behavior.  You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).
