New version of web player

While I can listen on the Spotify web player from work, Due to Admin privs at my company I can't install the Spotify app on my work laptop.

I noticed the layout of the Web player changed this morning and that it's not longer being scrobbled to last.fm.  I also noticed I no longer have the option of adding songs to my play queue, only to playlists. 

Is there a way to turn Last.fm scrobbling back on?  And why can't I add songs to my play queue any longer?
