Thanks for getting in touch about this in the Community! We hope you don't mind a reply in English as it's the official language of the Community. 
 
If you're prompted to verify with a code via SMS or email, try subscribing from an incognito/private tab, or a different device. You can also try using a different internet connection. If you're using WiFi, try from your mobile device using mobile data, or vice versa. 
 
if nothing helps, could you let us know at what point you're asked to confirm with the code? Is it before or after entering your payment details? Also, what payment method are you using? Just let us know the type, don't send any private info.
