No puedo canjear mi tarjeta porque dice que no existe Spotify en mi región

Cuando accedí al enlace para canjearla me aparece que no hay Spotify en mi región y ya cambié todo a la región donde estoy y nada me sale lo mismo

Which country are you currently residing in and which country was the gift card bought from? Gift cards can only be activated on an account, which is in the country set in the country settings and the gift card should also be bought from this country. If some of these settings don't align, it won't work.
