No puedo descargar musica

No puedo descargar musica

Cambie de dispositivo e inicie sesión en otro pero al momento descargar mi musica, me aparece que e alcanzado el límite de dispositivos en modo ofline y no puedo descargar, y ya di en la opción de cerrar sesión en todos los dispositivos y aun así no lo puedo dolucionar

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. Hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!

 

The logging out everywhere function will log out the sessions you have logged in on other mobile devices, computers and browsers. However, this option doesn't delete the downloaded content you might have stored on those devices as it's just logging you out.

 

So if you've reached the 5 device limit, and if you have access to those old devices, we'd recommend removing/deleting the offline content for each device you don't use by following the steps mentioned in this article. Once you delete the downloaded content from the old devices, you should have no issues downloading your favorite music on your new device 🙂
