Not getting presale offers

Hi folks - was just looking at the upcoming Big Thief concert.  I never received a pre-sale code.  I have the notifications turned on to receive them.  Spotify tells me I am in the top 0.00001% or whatever of fans worldwide for listenership.  What am I doing wrong here?

Presale emails are sent to listeners who our data shows are the artist’s top fans. If you didn't receive an email, we’re afraid you’re not eligible on this occasion.

But hey, don’t worry! If you keep supporting your favorite artist by listening to their music more and sharing it with your friends. Who knows? You might get picked to get a presale code of your favorites soon.
