PS4 song notification bubbles

In the newest update to version 2.0 for PS4 it has added a feature that i cant seem to disable. Whenever the next song starts I get a popup in the top left corner of the screen. It's a small thing but I don't like to have non game related popups in the middle of a firefight. Anyone have an idea on how to disable this new feature?

Forgot to mention that I do have the Current Song notification turned off in the PS4 system settings, so I can only guess that it came with the version update of spotify.

Go to settings then notifications go down to "current song" and turn that off.
