My Question or Issue
When playing a playlist on any of my Bose SoundTouch systems (I have multiple), the playlist ALWAYS plays songs as if the playlist were sorted by “Custom order” — even though it’s actually set to “Recently added” (or any of the other sort orders).
In short, it appears that the Spotify Connect app doesn’t obey the saved sort order on a Spotify playlist.

I’ve tried reporting this issue to Bose a number of times, but have never received a response.
