Hey @kasi68,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. Hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!

When you change the type of subscription from Premium to free, the app should display the same playlists since they are saved on the account and not on the subscription. In case you delete it by mistake, you can recover it by following the steps of this article.

However, if you don't have the same playlists, it's also possible that you've logged in to a different account by mistake. In this case, we'd recommend logging out and back in following the steps in this article. Also, since an account could be created with a Facebook profile, a Google/Apple account, or a phone number, we'd also suggest trying out these other methods to see if the issue persists.

Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.

Leider hat das auch nicht geklappt

Hey @kasi68,

Thanks for your reply.

In this case, as mentioned above by @OscarDC, you most likely have more than one account. It's important to keep in mind that changes in a subscription don't affect the content you've saved in your library.

Since you mentioned you can't find one of your playlists, we suggest going to password reset and entering possible email addresses you own, so you can check if you have several accounts. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you'll get a password reset message for that email.

Note: Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these; the playlist you're looking for might be in an account linked to one of these options as well.

If you notice you have more than one account, check the libraries of each one.

Keep us in the loop!
