Playlists not loading on web browser

I recently tried to create a new playlist and the webplayer froze, after closing it and reopening the page, none of my created or followed playlists would show up. When going to my playlist page I get the error 'ooops something went wrong while loading your playlists, RELOAD. Even when going to my recently played playlist tab I can click on one of my created playlists and it will play, but none of the songs in it will show. Now all the playlists show up on my iPhone device normally, they just wont show up on my webplayer. I tried logging out on all my devices, clearing my history and cookies, and trying to recover deleted playlists, yet they still don't show up.
