Por que no tengo el servicio si ya esta pagado

Pague el servicio Premium y no puedo escuchar nada. Parece suspendido el servicio Y YA ESTÁ PAGADO. Tengo varios días así

Can you clarify if your music is not loading at all on all of your devices, or you can't log in to your account. Please send us a screenshot of any error messages you're receiving and let us know what devices this is happening on.
