Problems saving my tracks

I've had premium for about a year now, and I listen on my PC, my Laptop, My phone, and on Roku and PS3.  Primarlily I use my laptop and my phone. About two weeks ago, my account stopped saving the albums I wanted to keep in my music folder. No matter how many times I try to save something, when I log out and long back in, it disappears from my saved list. Before that, I had no issues with saving albums or songs. I've been having trouble with my Facebook ID of late - could this be at the root of the problem, or is there a limit to number of saved tracks/albums? It's really getting frustrating, because i'm the only one on the plan having this issue - my wife's saves are working fine on her part of our family plan. If someone could point me in the right direction, i'd greatly appreciate it!  Thanks!
