Radio Track Selection

Is it just me, or is the track selection for a radio station getting worse? I just had the same song play twice in the last three songs. In addition, for the same station, it is throwing in songs that are completely unrelated to the genre, again multiple times even after hitting the Thumbs Down which is supposed to help tune the station.

I've had repeated songs...

Although, I go back to the same station. Maybe the system doesn't generate new tracks, but only repeats the ones it generated when the station was created...
