Random playlists are getting added to my library without my consent

Recently songs and playlists from various artists I have never heard of keep getting added to my spotify library. These are songs from "Mergim Mjeku", "Per ty", "Jefferson Moraes", and "Marcia Fellipe". Songs such as "A Bar song" by "Shaboozey" have also been added to my liked playlist. I have attempted to log out every device using my account, but the issue still remains. Does anyone have an idea of what could be going on?
