Spotify not letting me loop one song

I have the same problem. Premium account. I can and do play many songs on repeat but on many songs when I try to click the white box for repeat nothing happens. Others go green and repeat when I hit the white box. How do we fix this?

That's a weird behavior since you should be able to repeat any tracks using the repeat button. So first, to make sure we've all bases covered, would you mind confirming if you've already performed a clean reinstall of the app? If not, we'd recommend following the steps mentioned in this article. 

If so, and the issue persists, it would be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your device - such as a friend or a family member, to see if it makes any difference.
