Remote Spotify on Samsung Smart TV?

Hi!

I'm very pleased that I finally got the spotify app to work on my Samsung Smart TV. Finally I can listen to all

my songs and playlists through my stereosystem connected to the TV. 

The only thing is that using the TV remote is not really convenient. I would like to use my samsung tablet for this

purpose. I found a remoteless spotify app. It's possible to remote spotify on your computer but does 

anybody know if this is also possible to use as a remote for spotify on the tv?

I use the Samsung 'Allshare Control' android app as a remote for Spotify and other apps on my Smart TV.  Works great.  I do this using a Samsung Galaxy 3 so I'm sure it would work on your tablet.  You can download from Samsung apps or Google play.

Where did you download an app for the tv? Which version did you use?

I downloaded from the Samsung app store on my G3.  The app on Google Play is called 'Samsung Remote'
