Help please!
I have read all the other posts about Samsung TVs and followed all the recommendations in them. My TV is up to date, I have reinstalled the app but still my spotify is not working! I just have a screen with the spotify logo and "Error" It has been like this for over a week now and I'm starting to get annoyed!
Hey @Redroseyrose
I suggest checking this article to find out if your TV matches the requirements. 🙂
You can also try unplugging the TV for a few minutes (click the power button to drain out any voltage) and then replug.
Let me know how it goes!
Nope, nothing has wirked 😩
I have the same issue, first time I solved it by resetting the TV settings but we have too many apps on it and it would take us so much time to bring it back to the way it is now. Can someone from Spotify get in touch with Samsung and find a solution? None of the steps mentioned has helped either 😞
I had the same issue, reinstalling the app fixed it for me.
1. Go to APPS menu,
2. Scrol down to "Downloaded App",
3. Find Spotify in the list of downloaded apps then click and hold the enter/ok button while spotify is highlighted, this brings up a small sub-menue,
4. Select "Reintall".
Hope this works for you too.

Change to manual DNS to 8.8.8.8 did the trick, thanks a lot for posted suggestions.
