Si pagué mi plan el día 12/06, porqué mi próxima fecha de pago es el 22/06?

Si pagué mi plan el día 12/06, porqué mi próxima fecha de pago es el 22/06?

Estuve varios días intentando pagar mi plan de Spotify, cuando me descontó el dinero fue el día 12/06/23 y según la información de mi cuenta, me dice que la próxima fecha de facturación será el día 22/06/23. Eso no tiene ningún tipo de sentido

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. I hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!

Since every payment you make on Spotify gives you 30 days of Premium, when the payment cannot be taken automatically on the billing date, the system will try again some days later instead of canceling the subscription. However, when the payment is completed, it will cover the days that have passed since the first try and the remaining days of premium you currently have.

In this case, we'd recommend checking the receipts on your account page to see if the monthly payment is on the 22nd of each month. If so, this means that the payment you made on June 12 covers the period between May 22 and June 22 and is the regular monthly charge.

If not, as it could be account-related and we don't have access to users' accounts in the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the account and help you further.
