Hi everyone. I have a Premium plan and have had the lossless option enabled for about a week. I have a Redmi 13 Pro+ 5G and the latest version of Spotify from the Play Store.
It works perfectly when I use Spotify Connect in lossless quality. I use these devices:
But when I use Spotify Connect to play on my LGS95QR soundbar, after about a minute it skips to the next song. This only happens in lossless quality, not all the others (High, etc., work fine).
I've already tried clearing the app's data and cache on my phone. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and disabled the autoplay and automix features.
Any ideas?
@wilk8 wrote:Hey @Dessi! Could you please share a link to the "ongoing issue" related to this topic? I wasn't able to find it in the list. Or maybe the problem is solved? Can anybody confirm?
Just tried, it's always the same...
I’m having the same issue on my LG DCS9S
Same issues here. It's really annoying.
Please give us a solution.
Is anyone actually working on it? 😅
Same issue for me on s95qr, high quality is fine but lossless skips after approx 1 minute.
Could we at least know if the problem is on the LG side or on the Spotify side? 😅
I think it's more on the LG side. Let's hope in a (unprobable) firmware update.

Hi! I did some tests with a stopwatch in hand!
Here's what happens: the song starts normally. After EXACTLY 30 seconds, the time indicator on the app jumps to the end of the song.
The strange thing is that the song continues normally for a while (even though the time indicator remains at the "end of the scale").
How long it continues varies, even within the same song. I've timed times ranging from 1 minute to 1:30 (after he initial 30 seconds). So a song lasts two minutes at most, but the average is 1:30.

Issue is still here sadly. Tested right now, 5.50 PM Italy local time.
Testing now, 14:05, Italy
Still the same, Netherlands
Still the same. Italy 5.35 PM.
