Sonos and "connection to Spotify was lost" error code

Sonos and "connection to Spotify was lost" error code

I just got Verizon Fios a week ago and now my Sonos system will not play Spotify music at all. Sonos works with everything else (Pandora, local files, etc...) but not with Spotify. I get the dreaded "Connection to Spotify was lost" error message. It seems to be a configuration error. Has someone already solved this?

I am going to pop your post over into the "Other" section in the help forums since that is where Sonos support is normally located. Hopefully someone will be able to help you out with this.
