Spotify Account wont unlink from playstation

I know that I've signed my PlayStation into my Spotify before, but for some reason, it signed me out. Every time I attempt to relink the two, I'm given the message "This Spotify account is already linked to another PlayStation". But it's clearly not, because the only ps4 to ever use this Spotify is the one I'm trying to use. 

I realize this may be a dead-end because a lot of people seem to have this same problem, but there must be a way to force a device to log out? This wasn't a big issue before I had premium but now that I'm paying for it I would like to be able to actually use it.

I'd recommend in this case reaching out to Playstation Support over at Sony here who'll be able to take a look as Spotify is unable to de-link accounts from their end and should be able to get you back rocking. Due to COVID, they may have difference to their contact methods/hours so I would recommend checking out the link before reaching out.
