Spotify Radio station idea

Hi, 

I have had an idea to start an internet radio station using Spotify. Would that be possible? Would I need to pay for a license to do so? What software/hardware would I need? I have great ideas for shows I'm not sure where to go from that. I dont want to do anything illegal aha. I need guidance. Is it worth persuing? Or not. Is there another suitable option to persue?

Unfortunately you cannot do this because then you would be using Spotify for commercial use, which is a breach of Spotify Terms and conditions.
