Spotify Web player scroll bar

I use Spotify Web player when I get onto my laptop, and I usually use Chrome. Well a few days ago, I scrolled halfway down my playlist, and in addition to the scrolling bar being gone, when i hit the partway point it simply refused to let me scroll any further, just showing a loading icon. I cleared my cache, nothing. Used a different browser, nothing. Logged out and logged in again, nothing! This has been going on for a few days!

Same here, get 100 songs down and then can't get any further.

Annoying!
