Spotify connect on Samsung HW-N950

For about a week now Spotify Connect has not been working with my Soundbar Ssmsung HW-N950, no matter what device I try it from. I have already tried everything that can be found in the FAQs.

Could you let us know which steps you've already tried so far? Does the issue only appear with Spotify?

 

If you haven't already, please check if there aren't any pending firmware updates for the Soundbar.
I would also advise checking if you've followed the steps from the user manual (pages 11 through 14) so that we're sure everything has been set up correctly and checking the TV audio settings to see if surround sound is enabled.
In case you see stereo as the selected option, the Soundbar may partially or completely not work.

Thanks for replying.

 

After updates to the devices, reinstalling the app, I unplugged the soundbar and plugged it back in. That was the solution.
