My Spotify isn't shuffling playlist properly and i can't use any desktop devices for a while so i need help

So that we can look into this issue further, can you let us know if this happens with all playlists or only when using Shuffle on a specific playlist? Does it occur with Shuffle only or with Smart Shuffle as well?

Could you also let us know what device and version of the operating system you're currently using? Your exact Spotify version would be helpful too.
