Spotify keeps closing when I log in through a specific email address

Spotify app keeps closing on my phone when I put it in a specific email address any idea what might that be?

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app on your phone, if you haven't already, to see if you notice any difference? This will clear stored cache and also ensure that you're running the latest app version.

If that doesn't do the trick, could you let us know if this happen on all devices that you use Spotify on, or just with the phone? It would also be great if you could send some details on what's happening from your end. For example - are you seeing any error messages, does the same thing happen when using the username instead, are you able to log in to another Spotify account, etc.
