Could you give these steps a shot to see if you notice any difference:
Shouldn't that do the trick, can you send us some more info on what's happening from your end? Does it only happen when playing directly through Alexa using voice commands, or when using Connect from another device as well? Are you experiencing any playback issues on other devices that you use Spotify on?

We appreciate your report regarding this issue. Just to cover all the basics, have you performed the process mentioned by @Maria in the previous post?
If so, and the issue persists, have you tried using a different Wi-Fi network to see if the issue persists? If you don't have another one, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.
Lastly, would you mind including in your next response if this happens when playing directly through Alexa using voice commands, or when using Connect from another device as well? Also, does this playback issue happen on a different device?
We'll be on the lookout.
2025 and the problem still persists. Reconnecting and rebooting temporally fixes the problem but after a few minutes the problem persists. Spotify working fine on other devices...

We're sorry to hear you're still having this issue.
Have you tried any other troubleshooting steps like resetting the Alexa-enabled speaker(s) and trying with a different internet connection like a hotspot on your phone? Feel free to also check out the pinned comments in this related thread for some more troubleshooting suggestions.
