Hi there @climberthesilly,

Welcome to the Community!

When you go offline and have no access to a network, try enabling Offline Mode from the Spotify app settings. After this you should be able to listen to content downloaded for offline listening.

Hope this helps 🙂

Im having the same problem and it doesn’t work even when i thrned on offline mode

I have a flight tonight and i dont know that to do

It still does it even when I enable offline mode.

It’s been happening ever since I switched from a individual plan to a family plan, so I’d assume it’s something to do with that. But I’ve tried being removed and added back, still doesn’t work

Hey folks,

I have the same issue, also switched from an individual to a Family Plan. Tried everything, deleting, reinstalling, nothing works.
