Spotify problems with Apple TV 4K

Spotify doesnt sound and skip the song in less than 10 seconds. All this in a new Apple Tv 4k

Hey @Edison1978,

 

Does the issue only appear on this device and could you give us the exact steps to reproduce it?
Do you use a device to switch playback onto the TV or are you trying to play directly from the TV app?
A link to a short video recording would also be of massive help.

It might also be a good idea to check for any pending updates the TV might have.
We'll be on the lookout for your response and take it from there ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks for your help. When I try to log in on spotify apple tv app, it always give the only option to pair it with my account, using the mobile. So when I play something in the tv app it appears in the mobile app too. I used 3 diferents tvs, all updated, and the problem is the same. When use the app on mobile, roku, bose, car, tv and any other divice it works perfectly. The only problem in with de apple tv spotify app.
