Spotify took out $12.99 when i'm on a duo with someone else. Why?

I'm not paying for spotify. I am on a duo with someone else and spotify took money from me.

First we'd like you to check so that you don't have multiple accounts and maybe signed up for Premium on a different possible account. You can check that out here.
