Spotify won't play downloaded songs when in offline mode(Windows Phone 8)

I've downloaded most of my playlists onto my phone, but when I'm disconnected from the internet, if I try to play a song a message pops up saying "This song is unavailable in offline mode."  When I'm in the playlists section, all of my downloaded playlists show that they're downloaded, but when I go into the playlist itself all of the songs are grayed out and don't have the green downloaded symbol next to them. All of my music is saved to the SD Card, and there are no problems with it.
