Tablet more or equals 7"

Tablet more or equals 7"

Currently tablet is more than 7". But what about 7" tablets? I think it should be changed to more or equals 7", because there are many tablets with this size (for example, Nexus 7).

Hey there!

I've moved your topic over here in the help section, since a 7 inch tablet should be supported for Spotify Free. It's 7 inch and more => 7'' should be included! Personally I'm using an Asus Memo Pad HD 7 with a 7'' display and Spotify Free runs fine on my free account.

Which tablet are you using and what is your Spotify app version number?

Maybe we can figure out what's going on. 🙂

It's budget Lark FreeMe 70.65, it identifies itself as Unknown MID. Version is the freshest from Google Play.

Unknown MID, googling that it sounds like a problem of the tablet ROM.

Can you even install the Spotify App from the google play store or does it say incompatible with your tablet?

I'm a little surprised that you could download spotify fom Google Play as it used to complain that "This app is incompatible with your Unknown MID". Which version of spotify did it install for you - version shows near the bottom of spotify settings screen.

To be honest, since the device hardware is unknown and the screen size can't be determined, there's unlikely to be a solution.

I was able to install it via Google Play.
