The music can't be reproduce and I have Spotify premium

I wanted to hear my download music but it didn't appear, when I had internet I tried to download it again but the playlists disappeared and when I click on a Spotify playlist they didn't appear me any song, just the ones I downloaded. But when I play them, there wasn't any sound and it look like it was charging
