Tizen 2015+ Layout and Screen Dim

When I browse my Spotify library and scroll to the right, the cursor goes off the screen and the content does not follow, essentially making that content inaccessible; I need to move the cursor back to the left of the screen to see it again.

I use the Tizen Spotify app to listen to music through my AVR. When I turn my TV off, the Spotify app closes with it; is it possible to have the app running in the background (passthrough) while the TV is off? If not, is it possible to add a 'dim screen' feature so the TV isn't on the entire time I'm listening to music?
