Unable to link Facebook account

Hi, I am using my account -gzapico- but I am not able to link it to my FB account.

 

I tried all the howto's and no way to get it working.

Sorry to hear that didn't work for you.

 

You can get in touch with Spotify via the contact form. If you get an email back directing to the support forums, reply back to that email - even if it is from noreply - and the support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly. Alternatively, you can use the Twitter Spotify help which is monitored by Spotify staff employees as well here: @SpotifyCares

Hey @user-removed, welcome to the community!

 

Give the following a whirl and see if that sorts things out for you;

 

 

  • On the Windows desktop app, click Edit
  • Select Preferences
  • Scroll down to Facebook under Social
  • Click 'CONNECT TO FACEBOOK'
  • Enter your Facebook login details and click Login.

Hopefully, this will get your Facebook connected so you can start sharing your excellent musical taste with your friends 😉

As I told before I have done all that steps before but account keeps unlinked.
