Web Player not loading at all

My Question or Issue

open.spotify.com will not load on Chrome, Firefox, or Edge I have a screenshot of what message I get (attached). Spotify does work however on the downloaded version on PC and Spotify mobile works too. However, I cannot open the web player or load any page on open.spotify.com. Please help.

What I have tried:
-flushing DNS and switching default DNS to Google's DNS

-connecting/reconnecting wifi

-making sure the hosts file under System32 is clear

-restarting computer/shutting down and powering back on

-using Chrome, Firefox, and Edge
