My Question or Issue

Bug 1)

Steps for reproducing the issue:

1) Add several song to the Play Queue (German Interface: Warteschlange)

2) Let the music play

3) Display the play queue (German Interface: Warteschlange)

4) click on the three dots next to one of the next to be played songs 

5) Select remove from play queue (German Interface: Aus Warteschlange entfernen)

6) Error: The complete Queue is emptied

Expected behaviour: SIngle song is removed

 

Bug 2)

Thanks for reaching out to us and describing the situation so well!

 

Would you mind trying to replicate this behavior using a private or incognito window or a different browser altogether? If that solves thigs you should clear the cache and cookies in Chrome as this type of stored data can cause such issues

 

If that doesn't fix things, could you log in with a friend or family members account and share if the issues come up there as well?

Hi,

 did some more test

 

1) Browser Linux Firefox 82.0.3 (64-Bit), cache not emptied:

* Issue 1 reproducable

* Issue 2 not reproducable, different error (no song is removed)

 

2) Browser Linux Chrome Version 86.0.4240.198 (64-Bit), cache not emptied:

* Issue 1 reproducable

* Issue 2 not reproducable, different error (no song is removed)

 

3) Browser Linux Chrome Version 86.0.4240.198 (64-Bit), cache emptied, browser restarted:

* Issue 1 reproducable

* Issue 2 not reproducable, different error (no song is removed)

 

All tests were done using a different computer. Test with another account are not possible unless you want to sponsor one 🙂

It sounds like this could be an account-related issue. Can you head here and create a new account? Does the issue persist?

 

If everything is running smoothly, we'd suggest you give these steps a go and transfer your music to the new account. That way you can enjoy your favorite jams on the other account as well.
