When exactly do presale codes get emailed?

I caught wind of a show I’m interested in going to and it states on the venues website that there will be a Spotify presale, but there has been no email and the show isn’t listed in the artist profile. The presale is tomorrow, so how do I get a code?

If you are interested in attending a show that has a Spotify presale, you can get the code by actively listening and following your favorite artists on Spotify. Spotify may select you to receive a unique presale code if you are one of their biggest fans or dedicated followers who listen to them the most. You can also make sure you are receiving their email notifications by reviewing your Spotify account. If you still don’t receive the code, it is possible that the presale is not yet available for this particular show.

This specific show isn’t even showing up on Spotifys live shows under the artist. It’s only showing up on The Hives website and venues website so I don’t know. They are supposed to go in presale tomorrow.

So this specific show is in Portland, OR for the hives in November but it’s not even listed in Spotify. The only places I can seem to find it listed are the venue website and the bands website, so I don’t even know whats happening. Anyway the tickets listed for Spotify presale on the venues website sooo?

How do you receive a pre sale code for Sam fender tickets for tomorrows pre-sale . I am a premium member and have emails set up . I am also in his top listener category but I have nothing to say sign up for the presale through spotify
