Why I can't play song Ruby by twenty one pilots?

There is a song called Ruby by twenty one pilots I can Save it to the liked songs and I can see it there but can't play it I would really like to have it on Spotify to listen to it so if anyone can help I will Appreciate it

We checked on our end and it seems the album the song is from is no longer available. Spotify would like to make all the world's music available, but this availability can vary over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders.

On the other hand, new content is added to Spotify every day. If you can’t find something you’re looking for now, it may appear (or reappear) soon. Meanwhile you can try to reach the artists through their social media channels!
